Welcome to Term 5!

We hope that you had a wonderful Easter break and are ready to get learning in term 5.

As always, we have a busy term ahead starting with our fantastic trip to Riverhill Himalayan Gardens to support our science topic of Plants. Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to help with this, as always, we could not do it without your support.

In English we will be looking at stories from other cultures to go alongside our Geography unit ‘Where would you prefer to live?’ where we will be comparing Wrotham and England to Africa and in particular Kenya.

Our PE for the term will be on a Thursday again and we will be looking at the skills of cricket and learning the game Kwik Cricket. 

Spellings are available on the website as well as Classdojo and will always be looked at within class for the week and reviewed on a Monday. 

If anyone would like to volunteer to come in and hear readers, please let us know as we will be sorting a rota for this term as well.
